ACT Disc Golf Club Notice of AGM: Saturday 26 August, 12:00pm, John Knight Park.
The ACT Disc Golf Club committee would like to announce that we are holding an AGM on Saturday 26 August at midday, after the club round at John Knight Park. We will also be providing a simple BBQ for members to enjoy. All board positions will be dissolved, and we welcome nominations from members for any position.
The positions available are:
- President
- Vice President
- Secretary
- Treasurer
- ordinary committee member – League Organiser
- ordinary committee member – PR and Socials
- ordinary committee member
You can nominate yourself or another member. You need the permission of the nominee and two other members need to sign off on it. This can be done either on slack (in the ‘general’ channel) or by email to the actdiscgolfclub@gmail.com address, noting the other members supporting the nomination.
